Nursery Environment

Nightingale Day Nursery is a purpose built nursery, with an open plan playroom, on one level. The nursery is clean, bright, and equipped to a high standard. We are situated in a peaceful location off the road, next to Victoria Park. We have two outdoor play areas with a wide range of outdoor equipment; one all weather paved area, shaded by trees in the summer, and another enclosed grassed area, which incorporates a climbing frame on a safe surface.

We work hard to ensure children have a suitable environment in which to develop and learn. Two areas we find particularly important concern a child's first days at the nursery (see Settling In ) and the food we provide for them (see Meals ).
